This warranty covers any labor over the course of the next 10 yrs.
As a requirement to make sure your equipment is taken care of, we will also come out twice a year to service your A/C and furnace. once in the spring for your A/C and then again in the fall to service your furnace. this includes cleaning coils, pressure checks, going over system for normal wear and tear.

TERMS:if purchased alongside a new unit this will serve as your contract for a 10yr labor warranty. If plan is interrupted at anytime the 10yr labor warranty void. Warranty is also void if a company other than Finney Heating & Air works on the equipment, as well as if any damage or repairs are caused by customer attempting to fix an issue themselves.
